Containing 1,850 lots, our April 25-28, 2017 auction of Worldwide Stamps and Postal History is an exceptionally diverse and interesting sale. The auction features an advanced worldwide estate collection cataloguing several million dollars. In addition, there is an extensive offering of British Commonwealth and Great Britain stamps and covers, a strong showing of China from all periods (Imperial to PRC), a large holding of unusual sheets from Egypt, and desirable sets and singles of Europe and Colonies. As is customary with all Siegel International auctions, the sale concludes with a large and valuable offering of Worldwide Collections and Large Lots.
Short Terms and Conditions
Starting prices will be determined at the auctioneer's esteem using reference estimate prices.
The purchase price payable by the buyer will be the sum of the final bid and a commission of 18% of the final bid (“buyer’s premium”), together with any sales tax, use tax or customs duties due on the sale.
