Short Terms and Conditions

The buyer's premium is calculated from the hammer price. For buyers from EU countries, the following applies: Consumers are charged a premium of 23% + 0% for live bids on the Internet (the total amount includes VAT). For companies a VAT of 23% + 0% fee (for live bids on the Internet) is charged for lots with differential taxation (the total amount already includes VAT), for lots with regular taxation a fee of 20% + 0% fee for live bids on the Internet (plus statutory sales tax on the total amount of the hammer price and premium). Export deliveries to EU countries can be exempt from VAT if the legal requirements are met.

For buyers residing in third countries (outside the EU) the following applies: The premium is a standard 20%. If the goods are exported to third countries by the buyer himself or by third parties, the statutory sales tax will be charged, but will be reimbursed upon presentation of the legally required export certificates. If we export these goods ourselves to third countries, the statutory sales tax is not calculated.

For gold coins that are exempt from VAT, a premium of 15% is charged.
