AB Philea 16th Coin Auction
May 11th, 2019
Welcome to our coin auction no 16, which takes place on Saturday 11 May in Stockholm.
The auction offers a wide and eclectic range of material from all over the world, in addition to a wide range of Swedish items. Some highlights in the Swedish section are Christina riksdaler 1644 with IIII in date (Newly discovered example, bringing the total number to three recorded) and the continuation of a collection of patterns and errors.
The World section includes a more detailed section of Russian, modern period Norway in high grades, a rare offering of high grade Cyprus and Greece coins, a wide range of Asian coins, South Africa proof 5 shilling and much more. There are many interesting World group lots that warrant close inspection.
Welcome to join us for a nice auction day or with your absentee bids!
Peter Johansen and Johan Ågren, with staff.
