The Auctioneer receives a premium of 23,8% of the knockdown price from the buyer plus 2,- € per lot. In the event that the goods are despatched by post/courier, the postage and insurance amounts will be charged additionally. Value Added Tax will be added to the knockdown price as well as to the miscellaneous costs. For purchases from abroad which we dispatch to non-EU countries, the Value Added Tax will not be invoiced. This also applies to companies in the EU countries, when the Sales Tax-ID-Number is given (so called inner-community delivery).
The Auctioneer receives a premium of 23,8% of the hammer price from the buyer plus 2,- € per lot. For all lots which are marked with (R) Value Added Tax will be added to the hammer price and to the buyers premium. Lots marked with (D) are sold under the margin system (§25a UStG). For purchases from abroad, which will be exported to a third country (non- EU!), the Value Added Tax will not be invoiced; import taxes on buyer‘s account.
Information for Lots with standard VAT rate
For lots hammered down in the auction hall in Prague Czech VAT in the amount of 21% shall apply. VAT will not be charged, if the purchased lots are exported to Non-EU-Country or are delivered to a commercial purchaser with valid VAT-ID and registered office within the EU but outside the Czech Republic.
For all other purchases the German VAT regulations with a tax rate of 19% shall apply. VAT will not be charged, if the purchased lots are exported to a Non-EU-country or are delivered to a commercial purchaser with valid VAT-ID and registered office withinthe EU but outside Germany.
