The magnificent series of Scarsdale Collection Sales continues with a wonderful offering of the stamps of France, which appealed to the collector because of the quality of production and their classic engraved designs. And continuing the theme of “quality” for which all Scarsdale collections are noted for, many of the stamps found in the Scarsdale France sale are among the finest available – the vast majority having full original gum (many being never hinged) – and most are accompanied by updated certificates of authenticity from recognized authorities.

Starting prices will be determined at the auctioneer's esteem using reference estimate prices.
The purchase price payable by the buyer will be the sum of the final bid and a commission of 18% of the final bid (“buyer’s premium”), together with any sales tax, use tax or customs duties due on the sale.
