About Auktionshaus Ulrich Felzmann

Ulrich Felzmann 38th e@uction

January 17th - 18th, 2024

The 38th Felzmann e@uction will feature a diverse selection of philatelic specialities and rarities. The auction will take place exclusively online from January 17 to 19, 2024.

The major subject areas of airmail and zeppelin mail, overseas and Europe as well as all German collecting areas from the Classical period to the Federal Republic of Germany will once again be included. Traditionally, the e@uction starts with airmail. The sought-after areas of zeppelin mail and memorabilia are also well represented. Overseas comes with attractive lots for friends of Asian philately. These include the always sought-after, particularly attractive issue of Chinese goldfish in mint blocks of four (lot 22039, estimate: 2,000 euros). Europe offers, among other things, some centrally postmarked Swiss blocks of four, including 90 C to 1.50 Fr coat of arms on coated fibre paper in mint condition (lot 22531, estimate: 1,500 euros). The German collecting areas from old Germany to post-war philately also offer attractive rarities. The Autographs & Autographs section offers a highlight for all fans of the "King of Rock'n Roll" - an original signed portrait photo (lot 21103, estimate: 500 euros).

As usual, all lots are shown in the online catalogue with numerous illustrations and certificates. Scan requests for specific lots will be processed with pleasure. Enquiries by e-mail to: [email protected]

Short Terms and Conditions

A fee of € 3,- will be charged per auction lot.

The (net) acquisition price forms the basis for calculating the premium to be paid by the buyer, which is subject to differential taxation without indicating VAT.

For buyers in European Union countries: Consumers pay a standard premium of 25%. Dealers (as defined in the German VAT Act – UStG) pay a premium of 25% on goods that are subject to differential taxation (this premium includes 19% VAT) plus postage and insurance. For dealers, the invoice can be issued with regular taxation. In this case, the premium is 21% plus 19% VAT on the total of acquisition price and premium and postage/insurance. The movement of goods within the EU can be exempted from VAT in accordance with statutory provisions (with VAT registration identification number).

For buyers resident in third-party countries (outside the EU): Buyers pay a premium of 21%. If Auktionshaus Ulrich Felzmann GmbH & Co. KG exports the goods to third-party countries itself or through third parties, the invoice will not contain VAT. If the goods are exported by the buyer him/herself or via a third party, VAT will be charged and reimbursed on presentation of the necessary proof of export. In all cases, the buyer him/herself will assume any import taxes or customs duties.

A premium of 21% will be charged for gold coins that are exempt from VAT.
