The Collectors series catalogue features over 1,770 lots and will be offered over three days. Notable sections from this sale include Australia, Barbados, Cyprus, Falkland Islands with a specialised group of the 1933 Centenary issue, Hong Kong, India with superb classic issues "The Property of a European Gentleman", Labuan. The sale concludes with Great Britain with an interesting section of mostly 1840 Penny Blacks offered on behalf of Battersea Cats and Dogs Home, fine line engraved issues, etc
Short Terms and Conditions
In addition to the Hammer Price, the Buyer must pay the Buyer's premium at a rate of 20% of the final Hammer Price.
For Lots marked with (o) no VAT is charged.
For Lots marked with(?), (†) or (Ω) VAT is chargeable on the Hammer price and the Buyer's premium at the standard rate (currently 20%).
For Lots marked with (x) VAT is chargeable on the Hammer price at the reduced rate (currently 5%) and on the Buyer's Premium at standard rate (currently 20%).
VAT on Margin scheme lots (identified by the absence of any VAT symbol next to the lot number) is payable at 20% on the Buyer’s premium only.
