A beautiful selection of single lots from German States, German colonies and German Occupation in World War II. Dissolution of a big British colonies collection. Soviet Occupation Zone and local post issues including numerous rarities, local issues also include superb covers. Also including diverse selection of collections with about 1,200 lots mostly from private collectors as well as many untouched estates.
Short Terms and Conditions
The purchaser shall pay an additional 20% commission over and above the sale price plus a 2,50 EUR surcharge per lot. Value added tax will be charged at commission, lot fee and all other costs. The auctioneer will, if so requested, divulge the seller´s name to the buyer and the buyer´s name to the seller. Value added tax will not be charged, if the lots were dispatched by us to a country outside the EC. If the purchaser is a dealer within the EC and the VAT-No. is given to us before the bidding, the lots were dispatched by us to the country of the purchaser and the purchaser confirms receipt of the lots to us by writing, the VAT will be refunded. In this case the “Reverse Charge-System” will be used and the buyer is obliged to declare the VAT in his home country.
